Kipling's Quay, Helford

You would have to travel far and wide to find a more delightful spot to spend a well earned break than Kipling’s Quay; a charming property with its own slipway right on the banks of Helford Creek. In fact, you would be forgiven if you never left the place to explore anywhere else during your stay.

Sojourn here and you’ll find so much right on the doorstep. Not only does Helford boast one of the most splendid pubs in Cornwall (The Shipwright’s Arms), but it also possesses a great little shop, yacht club, and access to the north bank via the foot ferry in summer months is just a few hundred yards away.

Those who love walking will be spoilt for choice, too. Take the path along towards Bosahan Cove and Ponsence Cove and you’ll realise just how beguiling the river is.

Kipling’s Quay has three bedrooms and is thus suitable for larger families as well as groups of friends.
