Sleeps 4. Dogs allowed.
Situated close to the top of Fore Street in Constantine - a road lined with classic Cornish granite cottages - The Bostal offers self catering accommodation for up to 4 people and a well-behaved dog.
Constantine itself is a village with a rich history. Whilst many of the buildings one sees today were constructed during the nineteenth century as a direct result of a local expansion in mining, some of its houses date from the 17th century or earlier. Indeed, the parish also boasts a prehistoric fogou (an underground chamber / tunnel).
The location is also ideal for those wishing to explore other parts of west Cornwall - days out in places such as St. Ives, Land’s End and Lizard Point are easily reached by car. Or just stay local an enjoy what the immediate area has to offer, such as the subtropical gardens at neighbouring Mawnan. There are some fine walks in the local vicinity, including several wooded pathways and tracks. And for those who enjoy longer rambles and wish to take in some beautiful river scenery, Polwheveral Creek is also nearby.
The Bostal is close to the village inn, while a well-stocked Spar shop and a stores & post office are both only a short walk away - the latter particularly noted for its extensive range of wines and spirits.
The property has two bedrooms: one double and one twin.
